Smoking Chamber W200 is a perfect solution for smoking meat, sausages, cheese and fish. Operation is very simple and comes down only to filling the tank in the generator with wooden chips and setting the temperature. Chamber is entirely made of acid resistant stainless steel. Correct temperature inside the device can be achieved by the main heater (1500W) with thermostat and control lamp. The unique taste and smell of smoked products are possible thanks to special wooden chips. Optimum smokiness in the chamber can be achieved by adjusting the air inlet grille and the damper in the chimney. The device has 5 shelves and a smoke generator as standard.
